QuantRidge AI Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

QuantRidge provides Atlas and other AI-assisted features within the platform to help you research, organize, and analyze financial information. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may—and may not—use those AI features. By using QuantRidge AI capabilities, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Permitted uses

  • Asking questions about your linked portfolio data, models, and documents you upload
  • Generating drafts, summaries, and analyses for your own review and decision-making
  • Automating routine research tasks consistent with applicable law and your account permissions
  • Exporting AI outputs you create for your personal or internal business records

Prohibited uses

You may not use QuantRidge AI features to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate or disseminate market manipulation, fraud, or misleading investment solicitations
  • Attempt to extract model weights, reverse engineer systems, or bypass usage limits
  • Upload malware, scrape unrelated third-party sites at scale, or probe systems without authorization
  • Share credentials or resell AI access outside your subscription terms
  • Rely on AI output as a substitute for professional tax, legal, or investment advice

Accuracy & human review

AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying material facts before trading, filing taxes, or making financial decisions. QuantRidge does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. See our Legal Disclosure for additional disclaimers.

Data & privacy

Inputs you provide to AI features are processed to deliver the Service and may be logged for security, abuse prevention, and product improvement as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information you are not authorized to share.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to AI features, or your entire account, if we reasonably believe you violated this AUP or pose risk to the platform or other users. Contact support@quantridge.net with questions.
